I've been asked what dealers/dealerships I would feel comfortable recommending. The following are dealers that I've had some intercourse (of the non-sexual) kind and find knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy. I have not bought from all of them, but do appreciate the efforts they make in selling their cars, both on ebay and online. I do not get any kickbacks, you don't have to say you heard it here, and, again, I have not bought from them (except Chris). Just that I like them personally. (Unless noted, these are general dealerships....will note those that specialize in Porsches). Of course, there are dozens of dealerships that I don't include due to pushiness, lack of knowledge, deception, or just general sleaziness. But I don't have the time to do a blacklist. Sorry.

Love his listings. Nice interesting stock. Knows his stuff. I do think he's a bi† high on prices, but better good cars than cheap bad cars. I am a little surprised at their re-listing of cars. Guess their reserves are too high.

Will add more. Know a lot of places but have never dealt with them. Like Weissach, Holt, and others. Some very overpriced but good dealers. I like guys that know how to present their cars, price them accordingly, and are not pushy assholes. Talking to sellers is a great way to see whether they are high pressure know-nothing assholes or generally good resources.

Actually, I originally listed them but saw many, many warnings on Rennlist of the dealership. A friend was contacted by their principal and was offered a low amount for his car. Considering that they would probably add at least Ten Thousand Dollars to the price if they resold (but they are businesspeople, I guess) I wonder about them.
